How do I remove the foundation?

You can use our Advanced Nourishing Cleansing Balm. You can also use face soap and water or your choice of make up remover wipes.

What's the best way to apply the foundation?

It is best to use Lanera Flawless Sponge or a makeup sponge of your choice.

How long does the foundation last?

Little goes a long way, a single application of the foundation lasts full day and night. A bottle on average lasts 2 months for our customers.

Is the foundation waterproof?

Yes, our foundation is waterproof and sweatproof. Make sure to shake before use, to get the most optimal results.

Why was I advised to buy 2 shades?

If you'd like to get the best matching shades (and get extra discount), getting 2 and mixing together is something a lot of our customers do. But of course, this is only a suggestion. You can always try just one shade.

Do you sell in physical stores?

No, we only sell online through our official website GetLanera.com. Because it is directly shipped to you from our warehouse, we undercut all of our premium competitors. We cut out the expensive retail costs and pass the savings onto you as our customer. You don't pay the retail price but absolutely get the highest quality foundation out there.

What is the status of my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information to your email address or phone number used on the checkout. Please click the link in the email/sms and you should see the tracking information of your order. If you need any assistance, please contact us at support@getlanera.com and we'll be glad to help you. Please include your order number in the email.

I don't have an order number. What's the status of my order?

If you could please provide us your full name, or email address, or shipping address you have inputted when you placed your order, and we'll be glad to give you all the information about your order. Just send us an email to support@getlanera.com.

Can you update my shipping address or my order?

If the order has not been shipped yet, we can still update it. Please contact us at support@getlanera.com as soon as possible.

Can you please cancel my order?

My product is faulty, can you help me?

We sincerely apologize for this. Please send us an email to support@getlanera.com and we will send a free replacement to you.

What are your payment methods?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additionally we accept Discover, JCB and Diners Club.

My billing address is wrong. Can you please update?

For security reasons, we are unable to change the Billing Address on your order. However, if we encounter an issue with your order, we will notify you immediately. If you need to change your shipping address, please send us an email to support@getlanera.com immediately so we can change it before your order is shipped.

My card got decline, can you help?

Please make sure that you've added correct card information, the card is not expired and you have sufficient funds in your account. If the issue persists you can also use a different payment method like Paypal.
